Shower / Party Invitations or Announcements
Prices start at $2.00 per invitation.
Includes: fancy invitation, envelope with matching return address printed. Invitation can have various combinations of vellum, eyelets/brads, special papers, embellishments, etc. (Each invitation is completely unique.)
Usual sizes: 5" x 7" or 4.25" x 5.5" (additional sizes available)
Wedding Invitations
Prices start at $2.50 per invitation.
Includes: fancy invitation, envelope with matching return address printed, reply card, reply envelope with printed address, location map. Invitation can have various combinations of vellum, eyelets/brads, special papers, embellishments, etc. (Each invitation is completely unique.)
Usual sizes: 5" x 7" for invitation, 4.25" x 5.5" or 3.5" x 5" for reply card (additional sizes available)
Wedding / Funeral Programs
Basic programs start at $1.00 per program.
Includes: high-quality paper, your choice of printed text on front & back, folding.
Vellum programs start at $1.50 per program.
Includes: white vellum paper, anything printed on front ONLY, folding. (Please note that vellum may not print photos perfectly.)
Printing-only programs start at $0.50 per program.
Includes: anything printed, folding. (You supply the paper.)
Photo Cards
Prices start at $1.00 per card.
Great for birth/graduation/engagement announcements, kids' party invitations, holiday cards, moving notifications, etc.
Includes: flat, single-sided card on photo paper (glossy or matte), envelope with matching return address printed.
Usual sizes: 4" x 8", 4" x 6", or 5 x 7"
Value-Priced Invitations / Thank You Cards
Prices start at $1.00 per invitation/card.
Includes: basic invitation or card (printing only - no embellishments), envelope with matching return address printed.
Sizes: 4.25" x 5.5"
Business Cards / Letterhead
Prices start at $35.00 per design.
Includes: design of business card or letterhead with up to 2 revisions. Printing available at cost. (I submit the design to a commercial printer and charge you what I paid for the printing.)
Sizes: 2" x 3.5" (landscape or portrait)
Logo Design
Prices start at $25.00 per hour of design work.
Includes: design of professional logo with unlimited revisions. Final product in multiple file formats provided on a CD.
How It Works*
1. Your needs defined.
The first step is to meet in person. I'll get to know you and learn more about your design requirements.
2. Giving you options.
Now that I know more about you and what you're looking for, I can put together a proof. This will typically take about 1 week and will be delivered to you via email (or in person, if you're local).
3. Time to choose!
What do you like about the proof? What do you dislike? I'll make your requested changes at this time.
4. Final design.
Now I know exactly what you're looking for and I just need to put it all together. Expect a 5-7 day turnaround time and I'll have a final prototype for you to approve. Again, delivery will be via email or in person.
5. Approval time.
If I get the thumbs-up from you, I can move forward. (If not, we go back to step 3.) But before I begin making the invitations, we've got to talk money. Along with your final proof, you will receive a written estimate outlining the specifics of the invitations and costs. At this point, you put down a non-refundable deposit** towards the cost of your invitations (40% of the total estimated cost of the job) and sign the estimate (acknowledging you've decided to move forward in the process). Then I can get to work! This is also the point where I'll need your final wording choices for the invitation. (If you need help with wording ideas, please look for the link under "Resources" in the sidebar.)
6. Production and delivery.
Here's the part where you sit back, relax, and wait for the delivery of your products! (Once we get to step 6, we'll discuss a timeline for delivery. Generally, you can expect a 2-6 week turnaround time, depending on the size and complexity of the job.)

*This process is slightly different for business card or logo design jobs, of course. Contact me for more details about these types of jobs.
**I ask for a deposit for the simple fact that I do not keep in stock tons of papers and ribbons and other materials. Once I know you've chosen to use me for your job, I will go shop for the products I'll need to make your invitations. And that, of course, requires money. Which explains why the deposit is non-refundable. Thanks for your understanding. :)
